I ordered a great jacket which came very quickly and was beautifully packed. Thank you - excellent service as always.

In late January I ordered 2 sweaters on the HOB sale.
My order was promptly executed and despatched. Two days later the products arrived in mint condition, completing an exemplary shopping experience.

I love the variety of clothes available, many of which I have not seen elsewhere. My last order was sent promptly and I was notified when it was despatched. I have just placed another order, for items in your sale, and have this evening been notified that they have been despatched.

I got a cashmere cardigan from The House of Bruar. The cashmere was not soft, but felt itchy on the skin, so I needed to return. In order to return it I needed to pay almost 5 £. So, paying almost 80 £ to buy it, about 8 £ for delivery and then to return 5£ imagine that in order to get the cardigan and just try it, I needed to pay 13 £.
Their delivery and return policy really need adjusting if they want to be competitive.

Being new to the brand, i have found customer service to very responsive & helpful to sizing enquiries. The pieces that I have purchased & received already are great quality and as I found the brand at the time of their sale, particularly good value! I have another order on its way to me & I will definitely purchase again in the future.

Superb company to deal with, excellent quality goods and great customer service, I was over the moon with my New Harris county cap, I was kept updated on the progress of my order and it was dispatched and delivered extremely fast.

I am really pleased with the tweed hacking jacket I purchased it is well made and of good quality material also a great fit .
The delivery was prompt too.

As I had a query about the size of my jumper |I wanted I had to contact the customer service department and received a very helpful response and I was then able to order the jumper, which is beautiful and superb quality.

Nowadays one expects to be put in a que if you ring a company and it usually involves repetitive music and regular apologies for the delay you are enduring.
Happily that is not the case at the House of Bruar.I was immediately greeted and asked what I wanted. My order was taken straightaway.A few days later my parcel arrived beautifully packaged with care.I am so pleased with my purchase.
It all feels like a special occasion when dealing with the House of Bruar.I only wish I lived nearer so I could visit.

The website is easy to use. The response from Chat is helpful. The team handling sales, returns and replacements is proactive. Response times re posting and help is good.
One caveat. After Christmas, the staff did not realise that the items in my bag had been received and payed for. All sorted out quickly. But could there be a problem with the database? Christmas, is not an easy time and was made more difficult because of postal problems so I don't think any of us knew what was happening. Otherwise, well done. Date below approx.

Whenever I have ordered anything from The House of Bruar, not only is the system of ordering and dispatching of the order efficient - but it is packaged carefully and arrives in good order.

I placed an order for a New Harris county cap dark green check, straight away I received an email thanking me for my order and prompt updates on the progress of my order. When my cap arrived I was very impressed with the quality of it, 100 % wool really well made and a great fit, I won't hesitate in shopping here again, great products and great customer service.

After studying your website the jacket I chose arrived within 3 working days. Absolutely as specified and I am delighted with it.
